This is a list of all boxes with bar-code number, client number, current status, add date, number of times accessed.

| Container activity over the month:
This report indicates all activity by container, such as if it has been destroyed, returned, and/or if it is out of our records retention center and the date it was removed. |
| Client cross-reference inventory report by client number.

| Comprehensive report:
This is a list of all files with bar code number, description, container number, current status, access count,. |
| Complete cost breakouts by activity.

| Retrieval and Re-Filing:
Complete flexibility and re-filing by box, tape or file at the organization's discretion, as much or little as needed.

| Pick Up and Delivery:
All employees are fingerprinted and backgrounds are checked.

All media is transported in environmentally controlled, unmarked vehicles.
